Privacy Policy
The short version: your files never leave your device. This page explains exactly what that means.

Your files
When you select images in any tool on funteas, your browser reads them directly from your device into memory. Compression runs locally using the browser's built-in Canvas API. No image data is transmitted to us or to any third party. We never receive your files, and there is no server-side copy to delete.
You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and compress an image. No request carrying your file will appear.
What we do not collect
- No image or file data
- No file names, sizes or contents
- No accounts — the site has no login at all
- No behavioural profiles or cross-site tracking
- No advertising identifiers set by us
What our hosting provider sees
This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, requested URL — in order to deliver pages and defend against abuse. This happens at the infrastructure level and is not used by us to identify individual visitors.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies for its own purposes, and no cookie is required for any tool to work.
Advertising
This site may display advertising served by Google. Where ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

Advertising is never inserted into, or given access to, the files you process.
Analytics
We do not run third-party analytics that track individuals across sites. Any aggregate traffic measurement used is cookieless and cannot identify you.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there are no personal records to access, export or delete. That is not a policy layered on top of a database — there is no database.

If our practices change, this page will be updated and the date above revised. Material changes will be noted on the home page.

This policy is deliberately short because there is very little to describe. If any part of it is unclear, that is a writing problem worth fixing, and it will be clarified on this page.
